Fullness is only one part of a lash design.
Lina can draw from effects such as eyeliner, foxy, mermaid, cat, anime, and swan to shape the final impression. Curl, length, texture, and balance are considered together; an effect name is a starting point, not a promise that every eye will be mapped in the same way.
With 15 years in the industry and continuous education in lash-fan, cat-eye, anime, lower-lash, and top-line techniques, Lina brings both range and professional judgment to the appointment.

Full sets, refills, and removal
Full sets
A new full set takes approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on the style you choose and the condition of your natural lashes.
Refills
Refills take approximately 1.5 hours and are available between two weeks and a maximum of three weeks. The amount and condition of the extensions remaining at the appointment also determine whether the service qualifies as a refill or requires a new full set.

Work from another studio
Lina may accept a refill over another artist's work after evaluating the set. If the existing application has excess adhesive, poor retention, another technical concern, or is not compatible with the LinaLash technique, removal and a new full set will be charged instead.
Lash removal · $25
Professional removal requires its own scheduled appointment. Do not pull or tug at extensions or attempt removal with oils, petroleum jelly, or homemade products. At-home removal can pull natural lashes and may cause irritation or injury if a product enters the eye.
If the lashes or eyelids appear severely damaged or infected, a new extension set may need to wait until the natural shedding cycle has progressed.

Before your appointment
Arrive with clean lashes and eyes. Do not wear mascara, eyeliner, oils, sunscreen, or makeup around the eyes.
Please avoid bringing guests or children unless you have arranged it with the studio in advance. Lash appointments require time, precision, and a calm environment.
After your appointment
- Clean your extensions regularly with a lash-safe cleanser.
- Brush them gently each day with the clean spoolie provided after your appointment.
- Do not rub, pull, or pick at the extensions.
- Avoid oil-based products directly around the lash line.
- Do not use an eyelash curler on extensions.
- Avoid excessive heat and direct heat exposure.
- Minimize pressure and friction while sleeping; avoid sleeping face down or directly on the lashes.
- After crying, swimming, or heavy sweating, rinse and cleanse the lashes promptly, then pat them dry gently.
- During facials, steaming, or other skin treatments, protect the extensions and keep direct steam, oils, creams, and products away from the lash line.
- Schedule refills every two to three weeks to maintain fullness and support the cleanliness and condition of the natural lashes.
Good aftercare supports retention, keeps the lash line clean, and helps the set hold its intended shape between appointments.

Her application technique is designed to minimize irritation and immediate redness while prioritizing comfort, safety, and professional ethics. Individual sensitivities vary; if you have a concern before booking, contact the studio.
Square handles service selection, deposits, availability, confirmations, and appointment management. Deposits are generally $25, or $10 for services priced at $25 or less. The deposit is applied to your total and is non-refundable.

Which lash style should I book?
Choose the finish closest to your goal: Classic for clean definition, Hybrid for a blend, Volume for adjustable fullness, Wet Look for sleek texture, or Mega Volume for the most expressive density on our menu. Lina will personalize the details at your appointment.
What is the difference between a full set and a refill?
A full set creates a new extension design. A refill restores an existing set as natural lashes shed and extensions grow out. Refill eligibility depends on both the time since your last appointment and the amount and condition of the work remaining.
Should I book a two-week or three-week refill?
Choose based on the time since your previous application. Refills are accepted from two weeks through a maximum of three weeks. A third-week appointment uses the approved three-week price. The remaining extensions will still be evaluated when you arrive.
Can Lina refill lashes applied somewhere else?
Possibly, after an evaluation. If the current set has application, adhesive, retention, or compatibility concerns, professional removal and a new full set may be required.
How long does an appointment take?
A full set takes approximately 1.5–2 hours. A refill takes approximately 1.5 hours. Timing varies with the chosen style and the condition of the natural lashes.
What happens if I arrive late?
There is a maximum 15-minute late-arrival window. The service may be completed within the time remaining, or rescheduling may be required. If rescheduling is offered, LinaLash reserves the right to forfeit the original deposit.
How often should I clean my extensions?
Clean them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser and after crying, swimming, or heavy sweating. Brush gently with a clean spoolie and keep oils, direct heat, rubbing, and pulling away from the lash line.
Can I remove extensions at home?
At-home removal is not recommended. Schedule the $25 removal service so the extensions can be removed professionally.
